Delivery times published by the shipping services are approximate, and some orders take longer to be delivered. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Products shipped from Montreal, Canada for customers in the United States:

Orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping with USPS speeds up delivery times for our US based customers. Orders are processed and packed at our warehouse in Montreal, Canada and are then transported to NY state and given to the local USPS post office. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to get to the post office in NY.

At checkout you have the option of selecting from the following classes of service:

1) First-Class Package Service: this is the least-expensive shipping option for orders that weigh up to 1 pound. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Delivery time is typically 1-5 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.

2) Priority Mail 2-Day: this service is for orders that are above 1 pound. This service comes with a Tracking Number. Delivery time is typically 1-3 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders), but in some cases may take longer.

3) Priority Mail Express 1-Day: this is the fastest service available and comes with a Tracking Number. Delivery time is typically 1 business day (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders) to most US locations.

Products shipped from Montreal, Canada for customers outside of Canada and the United States:

Orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to get to the US post office from our warehouse in Montreal where your order is processed.

Please note that for International Orders you will be responsible for any additional customs taxes or tariffs as applicable to your country, at the time of delivery.

At checkout you have the option of selecting from the following classes of service:

1) First-Class Package International Service: this is the least-expensive shipping option for orders that weigh up to 4 pounds. There is NO Tracking Number for this type of service, and therefore it is not a guaranteed service. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 10-25 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders).

2) Priority Mail International: this service is used for packages weighing up to 70 pounds. This service includes a Tracking Number. Delivery is typically 6-10 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders).

3) Priority Mail Express International: this is the fastest and most reliable service that includes a Tracking Number. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders).

Please note that customers in South America, Asia, and Africa may only be offered the option of Priority Mail Express International due to problems experienced with local delivery service.

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. At checkout you have the option of selecting from the following classes of service:

1) Canada Post – Lettermail: this is the least expensive service and is only available for items that are small enough to be considered lettermail. There is NO Tracking Number for this type of service, and therefore it is not a guaranteed service (although it is very reliable and cost-effective). Typical delivery times are within 4 business days, although some items may take longer to be delivered.

2) Canada Post – Expedited Parcel: this is a cost-effective, ground delivery service for documents and parcels within Canada. This service comes with a Tracking Number.
Delivery times are as follows:
Local: 1 business day (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)
Regional: 1-3 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)
National: 2-7 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)

3) Canada Post – Xpresspost: this is a fast and affordable service that comes with a Tracking Number.
Delivery times are as follows:
Local: 1 business day (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)
Regional: 1-2 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)
National: 2 business days (plus 3-5 business days for processing orders)
